Rescheduling

The rule listed below is effective for all programs. Please call our office for more details or information

Class rescheduling requests are only accepted by phone.
NO TEXTS OR EMAILS.
Rescheduling 5 Business Days In Advance of Class
Students may reschedule at no charge, subject to class availability.

Rescheduling within 5 Business Days of Class
Rescheduling requests received by phone with less than 3 business days in advance of the scheduled class are subject to a $50.00 fee.

Failure to Attend (No Show)
Students who do not attend a scheduled class will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee per missed day, subject to class availability.

Students who fail to show without prior approval will be expelled and will forfeit the enrollment fees.

Students who miss more than 5 class sessions will not be allowed to continue.

Live class must be completed in the allotted time frame or schedule.

Late Arrival
Late arrivals are not permitted for real estate education classes. We recommend that students plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. Students who do not arrive for class on time will not be admitted.

Rescheduling requests will be subject to a $50.00 fee per missed day subject to class availability.

Early Departure
Early departure is not permitted for real estate education classes. Students who are unable to remain for the duration of a scheduled class will not receive credit for attendance.

Instructor-Led Classes - School Cancellations

School's Policy regarding Class Cancellations.
In the unlikely event of a classroom program cancellation, students may request transfer to another, similar class or request a full refund of tuition paid.We assume no liability for any penalties or fees or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.

Course Expirations:

All Live Class expires on the scheduled end date.

Students who do not complete their live class will not receive any credit for the class.

All Online courses expire Six months after enrollment.
Expired pre-license course enrollments may be extended for 3 months after expiration for a fee.

Course cannot be extended 3 months after expiration.
